Rework the plan page into a full schedule view with 15-minute droppable
time slots, inline task editing (state, priority, dates, etc.), side
drawer for task details, and quick-add with project picker. Rename
sidebar link from Plan to Schedule and move it under Projects. Fix stale
task data in detail sheets across both schedule and project board views.
